Senate Bill 128 (PDF) - An ACT requiring certain electric utilities to provide energy conservation information to consumers and establishing the energy conservation promotion education advisory group. Introduced on Jan. 19 by the Senate Utilities Committee. Passed Senate as amended, 40-0, on Feb. 22. Passed House Utilities Committee, but rejected by House.

Senate Bill 190 (PDF) - An ACT concerning the training for operators of underground storage tanks, funding. Introduced on Jan. 25 by the Senate Natural Resources Committee. Passed Senate 40-0, on Feb. 13. Passed by House, 109-13.  Signed into law by Governor on March 23.
