Oklahoma Wind Power

  Oklahoma has one of the top wind resources in the U.S., ranking 1st in one study. As of the end of 2016, the state was ranked 4th in developed wind capacity of U.S. states with 5,453 MW. KEIN maintains information on operating and known proposed wind farms in Oklahoma.

Kansas has the 2nd best wind resource in the U.S. after Texas. As of the the end of 2013, Kansas had an installed wind capacity of 2,967 MW, which ranked 8th of U.S. States. Below are a variety of resources on Kansas wind power:
